About the Role
ノバルティスグループの篠山工場でプロダクトポートフォリオのマネジメントとその推進を担う。
• サプライチェーンマネジメント部に所属し、以下の業務を遂行する
• 新規上市品目の円滑な導入をリードし、法令遵守を遵守するとともに定められた基準や手順に従い業務を遂行する
• 上市だけでなく、移管・承継をライフサイクル全域のマネジメントを考慮し製造所を代表し推進する
• 中長期におけるプロダクトポートフォリオの明確化とその適正マネジメントの推進する
• 技術移転プロジェクトチームを指揮し、関連部門（技術開発、サプライチェーン、生産ユニット、品質管理、HSE、その他の現場など）と効率的に連携する

• 個人能力を高める事で組織のコアスキル向上に寄与する

Role Requirements
必須要件：
• 製薬企業/医療機器でLCMの経験3年以上
• サプライチェーンの経験があれば尚よい
• 学歴不問
• 日本語力 (母国語レベル)
• 英語力 (ビジネスレベル) 英語でのe-mailがひな形なくかける事。
• 英語の電話会議は週に２回程度
• GMPについての知見
望ましい要件
• ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験をお持ちの方。
• リスク管理の出来る方
• ラーニングアジリティが高い方
• タイトな納期プレッシャー下において、責任感を持って業務を完遂できること
• グローバルチームに対して日本の現状とニーズを正しく伝える事が出来ること
