About the Role
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Key Accountability
- Lead and oversee technical delivery of AI projects, ensuring best practices in engineering and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable AI strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks across project lifecycles, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and assess their applicability for business innovation.
- Represent the AI team in executive discussions and external forums as needed. Guide the team on data sourcing strategies and ensure robust data governance.
- Should have experience in testing AI products from AI landscape of Risk, Compliance, Jail breaking, Performance etc. Ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery of AI solutions.
- Drive innovation by researching market trends and proposing new AI-driven approaches to business problems.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and tools like Databricks, SageMaker.
- Proven track record in deploying AI models as services using Azure ML, Kubernetes, and GitHub for version control.
- Deep understanding of either of Azure AI services or Microsoft Bedrock, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI models (e.g., GPT).
- Ability to design and document solution architectures and collaborate with enterprise architects.
- Strong business acumen to identify areas where AI can deliver measurable impact. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with transformers and LLMs for advanced AI applications.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
