About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Area Heads to enhance brand strategy and tactics
- Develop and support insights generation through scalable and automated solutions
- Support the identification and evaluation of growth potential and risk scenarios, e.g. BD&L (Business Development and Licensing), Marketing and Sales activities
- Execute Sales analyses and perform incentive calculations
- Define and implement business cases and support and participate in business planning reviews with TA Heads
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture, analyze data and generate figures to create compelling data narratives
- Apply novel analytics approaches such as AI-enabled analytics, generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Co-create and maintain Power BI views, leverage Snowflake’s capabilities and facilitate data automation & AI innovation projects with the Analytics Team
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Economics or Finance
- 1-5 years’ experience in business & data analytics, finance, data automation, controlling or financial accounting, e.g. in pharmaceutical industry or others, preferable in a multi-national company
- MS office with Advanced Excel Modelling and PowerPoint, Power BI / Qlik / Tableau
- Competencies in usage of Snowflake and source systems, e.g. CRM, SAP
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, ad-hoc reporting and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong cross-functional teammate who is dynamic and result oriented, initiative-taking, flexible and adaptable, self-accountable and works independently
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate outcomes, managing different stakeholders in an international matrix environment
- Professional proficiency in English, German desirable

For this position the minimum salary is € 56.000/year (on a full-time basis).
