As a Global Project Manager within Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic global projects and ensuring their successful implementation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly matrixed environment, leveraging data and analytics to deliver insights that enable sound decision-making.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Manage governance of monthly training SPOCs alignment, annual training calendar updates, global training delivery, and quarterly Opex Leads feedback.
- Own the 2026 training calendar and coordinate mandatory trainings.
- Maintain and update Procurement Academy SharePoint and Match Learn content, including new journeys development.
- Oversee external training logistics and vendor coordination, including NIIT and other providers.
- Handle post-training services and ensure smooth execution of related processes.
- Update learning content on Go/ProcureHub and develop badges for training completion.
- Ensure accurate reporting to senior leadership and maintain compliance standards for data and documentation.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in project delivery and data analytics in matrix organisations.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cultures and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- English.
