About the Role
Major Accountabilities
PTDI Adoption Promotion
• Promote the adoption of new PTDI solutions, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
• Support change management initiatives by providing training and education related to PTDI solutions.
• Develop & evaluate effective strategies that are known to drive adoption and integrate these into the standard approach for all PTDI supported initiatives.
Data Literacy Promotion
• Drive the development of PTDI resources, such as training and educational programs, designed to promote data literacy among all teams.
• Asses current maturity and capability levels within PTDI and across P&O.
Strategy Development and Coordination
• Work closely with the PTDI leadership team to coordinate and monitor the development and execution of the PTDI strategy.
• Analyze data insights and make recommendations to the PTDI leadership team to align PTDI initiatives with their goals.
• Build an active external network to understand external trends and assess relevance and impact for similar initiatives at Novartis.
Value Monitoring
• Monitor the value of PTDI initiatives against business objectives.
• Provide regular, meaningful, and timely performance metrics reports to the PTDI leadership team.
Organizational Awareness
• Promote PTDI solutions by effectively communicating and promoting their value to all teams.
• Foster a culture of data-driven innovation and continuous improvement through effective communication and promotion of PTDI solutions.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or any other related field.
• Relevant experience, with a consistent record in a strategic position with responsibilities such as driving business development, technology and data initiatives, and providing actionable insights to senior leaders
• P&O experience, preferably in different type of P&O roles
• Consistent track record of P&O leadership and management
• Experience at both global/ corporate environment and in-country
• Track record of success in leading in a matrix environment. Shown ability to lead and coach people
• Ability to handle large scale programs
• Strong curiosity and ability to drive innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills for bridging P&O technical and business customers
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
