About the Role
具体工作内容：
- 医保准入业务：建立与北京市和河北省部分区县/地市医保局的密切工作联系，执行公司准入策略，达到最佳的医保准入和支付政策环境目标
- 按公司策略支持NRDL：支持中央准入，对可能参与的医保利益相关方沟通规则变化及产品关键信息，争取规则有利和产品支持，帮助实现NRDL准入目标。 推动区域内NRDL政策落地：推动公司策略产品在负责区域内相关政策的优化，包括但不限于推动国谈药品落地执行，把握各种门诊慢特病种增补、用药范围及报销待遇调整等机会。 快速响应和应对医保准入及支付中的障碍：牵头应对各支付通道和支付环节的遇到的情况，帮助其他团队理解支付政策，共同应对支付障碍。
- 卫生药监等事务：建立并维护与北京市及部分区县卫健委、市药监局、市科委等相关政府部门的密切工作联系，争取医改医政药政环境优化。
- 掌握区域内医改医政等卫生健康政策动态，跟进塑造优化环境。 跟进NEDL政策区域内参与并及时反馈，争取NEDL本地落地政策优化。 跟进当地药监、科委等相关政策，建立联系沟通，处理突发事务。
- 项目及跨部门合作：主导当地准入项目落实，与内外部合作伙伴合作推动政策优化
- 配合地方相关准入项目进行平台搭建、流程申请、项目管理等工作。 协助监测并及时汇报市场准入领域动态和竞争信息，了解TA业务需求并及时沟通反馈，促进政策优化，提高患者用药可及性。
关键能力要求
- 良好的内外部沟通、合作及分析洞察能力；主动积极，善于学习和思考；
- 能够在工作中严格遵循相关政策、流程及规定；
- 熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，具备良好英文读写能力。
相关工作经验要求：
- 熟悉医药行业准入政策
- 区域准入2年以上工作经验
教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，医学和药学或相关专业优先
