About the Role

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate timely shipments of goods to distributors from consignment warehouse and improve the efficiency of the process;
• Handling customers’ claims related to damages, shortages in the delivery;
• Organize proper management of customers’ orders;
• Maintain relevant documentation flow with external warehouse;
• Prepare, update and submit required monthly closing reports;
• Develop and maintain strong working relations with other departments (Quality, DRA, Finance, Market Access, external warehouse) for timely support to the customers regarding sales planning and ongoing products related changes.

Role Requirements

• 1-3+ years supply chain experience in a multinational company;
• Knowledge of distribution mechanism;
• Knowledge of tender process
• Analytical thinking and high accuracy with numbers
• Upper-intermediate in English
• High level of self-management and accountability
• Pharma experience is a big advantage
