About the Role

Location: Slovenia, Czech Republic OR Mexico (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended warehouse management person, who will have responsibility to translate high-level design and business requirements in the area of warehouse management into SAP system solutions and implement in alignment with the design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance and security requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
• Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards (Core/Template)
• Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams
• Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business
• Initiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standards
• Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Proven of experience in SAP warehouse management area.
• Experience with ERP implementations in a large, multi-national environment with strong business process acumen, with focus on business processes enabling in ERP platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, senior management, manage issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
• Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence

Desirable Requirements:
• Experience in SAP and S4Hana implementations in the area of IM/EWM (Inventory management and warehouse management)
• Good understanding how SAP functional areas relate to each other, and the master data objects that they are using. Understanding of supply chain processes mainly in the Logistics area
