About the Role
<b>Key responsibilities:</b>
•Proactively and continuously master on product knowledge and disease area knowledge, latest and relevant data, key messages and disease information on respective brands and portfolio.
•Execute strategic projects to accelerate performance and impact customer engagement and experience excellence in close exchange with the field teams and the business functions.
•Maximize field presence to achieve own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance target while ensuring excellency in customer satisfaction and customer services and completing all reporting and administrative requirements.
•Leverages advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and maximizing customer experience for the benefit of patients.
•Orchestrate and implement the omnichannel engagement strategy in the given sector.
•Market understanding and compliance, by remaining updated on required information (market, competition, pricing, account) and by deepening your knowledge of the industry and dynamics.
•Behave ethically, comply with regulatory requirements, and adhere to Novartis values and behaviors unities.
<b>Essential requirements:</b>
•Proven track record in Sales within healthcare, pharma, or related business.
•Excellence in sales, with strong track record in delivering targets.
•Strong and engaging communication, negotiation and selling skills.
•Established ability to work cross-functionally.
•Knowledge in the therapeutic areas is desirable.
•Project management.
•Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharma industry.
•Customer-focused mindset and strong solution orientation.
•Entrepreneurial mindset
•Fast learner
•Collaborative mindset
•Experience in one of the following domains: Sales Medical or Medical Devices
•Language preferences: Dutch and English
