This involves coordinating and governance catering services to ensure smooth operations and exceptional experiences for associates. Additionally, this role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for campus tenants, managing leasing activities, resolving issues, and supporting tenant operations within Campus Shanghai.

About the Role

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance APCJ region related catering services to ensure compliance with agreed key performance indicators and service quality standards.
  • Support on APCJ catering service issues, strategy planning, and changings.
  • Manage catering services within Campus Shanghai (including restaurants, pantry, cafes, convenient stores, etc.) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with Campus Facility Management team to provide end-to-end catering service experiences. Supervise catering service financials and budget to meet operational costs and revenue target. Drive innovation in catering services to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
  • Act as the SPOC for tenant of specific buildings (Building 6, Building 4, Building 3 /L2 & Vivarium) within Shanghai Campus.Lead campus leasing activities, collaborating closely with procurement and agency companies.  Involving coordinating campus visits, conducting negotiations, and managing the contracting process etc.
  • Facilitate tenant Move-In and Move-Out procedures, including but not limit to large furniture or office electrical equipment in/out, etc. Coordinate permits work within campus, including but not limit to car parking permit, loading & unloading of Goods, building inner retrofit project review, etc. Manage tenant payment and track payment status, i.e. rental fee, PM fee and miscellaneous service fee, etc.
  • Review and implement on a periodic basis all work processes and operating procedures for catering service and tenant related services to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains files related to catering services and tenant activities in Campus Shanghai.
  • Handle and support on regional ad-hoc projects, e.g. regional best-practice sharing, workplace experience program (QR code) etc.

Essential Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality management, hotel management, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in tenant management or catering industry preferred. Familiarity with regulations and standards in the catering industry.
  • Knowledge on Property Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent team management skills, able to effectively coordinate and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies effectively under pressure.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Financial knowledge for budget management and financial analysis.
  • Enthusiasm for campus catering and tenant management, with a sense of innovation and improvement.
