About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Developing and executing of our Novartis ANZ narrative through earned and owned channels.
- Ensuring consistent and aligned industry reputation messaging through collaboration with industry organisations and proactive media engagement.
- Managing and measuring owned channels including our local website and social media channels.
- Partnering with the People and Organization to develop content that promotes our employee value proposition and engages our team to attract and retain talent.
- Developing and executing an internal communications strategy, including engaging employees through events like Town Halls, to enhance their involvement and advocacy.
- Measuring and reporting the impact of our communications and monitoring media to generate data and insights and identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
What you'll bring to the role:
Qualified candidates for this role should have a background in Communications and/or Corporate Affairs. Additional requirements include:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in-house and/or in agency
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Preferred, but not required, experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful media and content that amplifies corporate stories to build reputation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage and measure digital channels to engage stakeholders and demonstrate impact.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact and effectiveness of communication and monitor the environment to generate insights.
- A curious and proactive mindset, able to navigate complex situations and respond to a changing environment.
