About the Role:
The role of the Supplier Digital Solutions Specialist involves facilitating the onboarding of external suppliers for Novartis S2P organization. The main objective is to enable and onboard external suppliers to the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, to ensure exceptional customer service in Turkish and operational efficiency by establishing and maintaining systems, documentation, compliance, and reporting. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance end-to-end processes for all Novartis entities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with systems and have a good understanding of interface management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works with in-country Procurement and FRA contacts to identify accurate and complete supplier contact details for all targeted supplier in the flight plan
• Drives supplier onboarding and enablement across multiple geographies
• Ensure that all transactions for Enabled suppliers are routed via the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
• For integrated suppliers, perform test scenarios during solution UAT to confirm business process and the SAP Ariba Supply Chain solution are aligned and support integrated supplier testing
• Provides services at encouraged levels with a clear customer service and esalates exceptions
• Partners with and supports requestors, customers and suppliers to solve all issues related to the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
• Supports the measurement and delivery of service levels and KPI targets
• Interacts proactively with all functional areas
• Participates and assists in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc
Key Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent – business administration/finance/computer science
• English (written and spoken) Turkish (business proficiency)
• Experience in similar position in a Shared Service Center environment: 1-3 years
• Technical competence in SAP / experience with eInvoice implementation is a plus
• MS Excel skills – tables, formulas, pivot tables etc./ SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration exposure is a plus
• Proactive individual with a solid sense of ownership, who demonstrates self-drive and consistently follows through on end-to-end completion of assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies
• Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliable
You’ll receive:
