About the Role
Sales Tender
- Work with Franchise Head, Product Manager, KAM and field base staff to capture tender opportunity for responsible products; Work closely with the field base staff to ensure our products are eligible for Tender submission
- Support documents to ensure all specification and support documents are updated for tender and be knowledgeable on technical product specification
- Coordinate with related functions e.g. CS, QA, RA, ZPL, PM, KAM and SM to prepare dossier for tender and update the annual price database of each hospital.
- Access to the customer website for updating our products’ support documents and information to each customer who are requested as annually
Marketing Projects
- Implement lab support project / Ensure that daily operation of lab process is executed effectively
- Cooperate with the procurement and internal stakeholder on contract management; Ensure payment align with compliance and procurement policy; CBDF, PO.
- Monitoring on the actual payment and collect report
- Work closely with compliance, marketing, sales and finance to ensure that all of processes aligned to compliance as well as audit requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry with experience in tender
- Processing excellent commercial understanding, particularly in tender process and product specification with strong connections especially in hospitals
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure and be able for multi‐tasks.
- Well‐organized, self‐driven with good communication, interpersonal skills and reliable
- Competent in establishing strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholder
