About the Role:
• Functional Change Managers demonstrate functional expertise to play a meaningful role in driving adoption of Novartis Transformation Agenda. This role enables business value realization by focusing on people-centric change. The role owner has the responsibility to integrate the various global change initiatives into a comprehensive local agenda, taking into account the local organizational change readiness and local organizational and cultural specifics.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with P&O (People and Organization) and T&T (Talent and Transformation) lead to drive the change agenda across procurement processes.
• Drive the implementation of change interventions of workstream change agenda. This will include change impact assessments, change leadership alignments, coaching, trainings, and change workshops.
• Collaborate with global program leadership, global CM and Communications teams, country change representatives P&O BPs
• Build partnerships with the Country Leadership Team and local program teams to ensure a complete view of change landscape.
• Build and lead the community of change agents in the workstream.
• Conduct frequent change efficiency monitoring and change readiness assessments and leverage insights to improve the workstream change agenda.
• Identify and handle change risks and define appropriate mitigation activities.
• Support change communication activities.

Key Requirements:
• University degree, further education in change management and or organizational development
• Proven experience driving organizational change projects.
• Experience and fundamental understanding on select operations processes i.e. on Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry as plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as proven presentation skills.
• A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional.
• Must be a teammate and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Desirable Requirements:
• Coaching or psychology background desirable
