About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Material Implementation Expert, who will play a crucial role in the introduction and management of the lifecycle of materials, ensuring alignment with our defined strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing risks associated with the supply of materials and optimizing material costs across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate material implementation and management across locations.
• Identify opportunities for harmonization and reduce complexity.
• Manage the material lifecycle at the material/category/platform level.
• Support sites in selecting suitable materials and oversee their implementation.
• Ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
• Supervise sourcing plans and achieve category savings targets.
• Identify and manage potential risks.
• Prepare Business Continuity Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Organize and lead meetings, report on implementation status.
• Handle escalations and follow established procedures.
• Drive material implementation governance and obtain project endorsements.
• Highlight important topics to leadership and secure support for critical projects.

Essential Requirements:
• University/Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Proven business experience from similar role or in supply chain operations within large corporate organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for continuous improvement and change management.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions for data analysis.
Desirable Requirements:
• Experiences in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
