About the Role

Location: Ljubljana, #LI-Hybrid.

As a R2R lead you will be responsible for providing leadership, developing and managing accounting principles and procedures with the aim to ensure timely and accurate accounting information and also for supporting company management by providing financial information; coordinating the work and activities of departments; you will have the responsibility for meeting objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for creating accounting policies and for keeping proper accounting records and their compliance with accounting standards and internal policies;
• Ensure that financial statements are prepared in compliance with accepted company accounting policies and appropriate accounting principles;
• Ensure that main and auxilliary accounting books are aligned;
•Propose actions for improvements in the accounting process;
•Assurance of qualitative, reliable, accurate and timely internal and external reporting and compliance with legal and other requirements (e.g. SOX, NFCM);
• Ensuring appropriate software tools for reporting and assurance of efficient processes and systems;
•Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs;
•Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and tasks based on a specific appointment.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
• University graduate in Economics, Finance or another related science
• Functional knowledge of English and Slovenian language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and management, preferably in an international company
• ACCA Certificate.


We offer permanent employment, with 6 months of probation period.
