The Novartis Turkey has an exciting Summer Internship opportunity for university students during their summer holidays. It is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and a valuable insight about professional life!
In April and May, the selected candidates will be invited to panel interview for assessment.
Internship period 1 is between June 24 - July 22
Internship period 2 is between August 19 - September 16
About the Role
Role Requirements & Skills
- Mandatory internship (University must pay the social security insurance)
- Preferably being a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at university
- University students from Pharmacy, Biology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or any other relevant departments
- Excellent command of written and spoken both Turkish and English
- Being passionate to work at Pharma sector.
- Dynamic, curious, self-motivated and strong team skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Digital savvy
- Strong desire to learn & develop himself/herself professionally.
- High learning agility to adapt in short term.
- Excellent Follow-Up & Tracking
Major Responsibilities
- Gaining knowledge of and training in management, additional responsibility, and working independently when assisting with daily operations
- Work with the teams who are passionate about helping you become a better professional for the future.
- Opportunities to work with the innovation team to explore futuristic concepts.
- A unique collaboration project working with other interns.
- Assisting the Managers and BU head on specific project.
- Project coordination (project briefs and development, day to day coordination with the external agency)
