Location: Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic #LI-Hybrid About the Role The CCC SME will be functionally reporting to GPO Product owner Cards and will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects on regional level to ensure that they are completed in timely fashion, with desired results and in line with agreed operational governance. The CCC SME will collaborate on crafting the operational process for Corporate Credit Card Management in collaboration with GPO Cards and will proactively collaborate with regional Novartis Corporate Center (NOCC) / Finance teams such as T&E, Procurement, Treasury, IT, T&E and will ensure credible partnership with divisional partners including local business

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Completes activity mapping to provide structural analysis of AS IS process identifying process steps, responsibilities, and card providers, in addition to, completing risk analysis as a part of project planning.

  • Partner across FRA Operations (Global, Regional and NOCCs) promoting the CCC objectives across the Service Centers: increased spend, high compliance; and support relevant regional boards, SMEs and FRA Ops groups to build strong T&E community across domains.

  • Collaborates with FRA OPS Compliance & Controls and Corporate Financial Controls teams to ensure process compliance, and to ensure controls are improving by measuring the right controls while simplifying and automating whenever possible.

  • Collaborates with Project team to create standardized E2E process for Corporate Credit Cards as per market`s benchmark and ensures that designed process is support high level of convergence to finance core processes across the region.

  • Participate on workshops with local entities, perform Fit / Gap analysis to CCC Core process, providing mentorship and leadership as part of the change management process; and coordinating end user training to deliver operational performance excellence /continuous improvement projects, supporting cross-divisional projects to ensure form of payment stability.

Essential Requirements:

  • University Degree in business or similar, Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master Degree is a plus

  • Relevant years of experience in Financial environment: finance, auditing and or business process reengineering

  • Prior proven experience in the Corporate Credit Card processes and/or T&E, both operationally, as well project-based

  • Strong project and change management skills

  • Operating knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, working experience with corporate bank teams
