Souhrn

-Provide timely and professional ongoing Mgmt of Data Mgmt/Coding/CDDRA-Database Development/DAP deliverables and of clinical trial data with respect to cost, quality and timelines for all assigned trials within Clinical Data Mgmt. Ensure consistently high quality data available for analysis and reporting. Develop content and redefine training modules into engaging and interactive applications. Leverage technology to ensure process simplification and training delivery. Follows Good Clinical Practices (GCP), data-handling procedures and guidelines. Participates in the review of clinical research protocols, reports and statistical analysis plans. Drives participation and input within Data Operations (DO) in the delivery of quality data and programs, processes and documentation -Manage data Load, Transfer and conform of Clinical trial data to NCDS compliant standards. The position is a key contributor with Data Provisioning team in ensuring that pharmaceutical drug-development plans in Novartis Global Drug Development are executed efficiently with timely and high quality deliverables.

About the Role

Purpose:

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BR enterprise-level data and beyond. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of data quality management will enable you to identify data issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to improve data quality. By maintaining high-quality data, you will contribute to informed decision-making and drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the set-up of a DQ platform and adopting DQ products and tools within Biomedical Research.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and define data quality metrics.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
  • Design and execute automated and manual data quality tests to validate data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics and trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to data users on data quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure proper data validation processes and data quality controls are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data quality processes, procedures, and solutions.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of min. 5-7 years in data analysis, data quality management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of data quality principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data quality tools and frameworks.
