About the Role: 

As a FRA Global Academy Lead, you’ll lead our Development Capabilities Initiative, engaging with global universities for CMA and ACCA certifications. You’ll handle projects, collaborate cross-functionally, engage partners, and handle risk management. Operational support, business requirement assessment, metric tracking, and problem-solving are also key parts of your role. Ideal candidates are efficient, result-oriented, innovative, self-driven, and have strong social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Development Capabilities Initiative: Engage with universities and academies worldwide providing certification in CMA and ACCA. Coordinate the vital actions across different finance reporting and accounting regions globally to get associates onboarded in the certification/studies until they get certified.

Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to multiple projects, including the implementation of new processes with internal and external partners from project initiation to project launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional collaboration during the duration of each Course, while supporting the team to meet Initiative requirements with minimal risk.

Customer Engagement: Work closely with Leads within different Regions, as well as with Finance Academy, and other internal and external customers, e.g.: P&O, Universities, etc. to plan, implement, and supervise FRA Academy Initiative activities. Communicate, handle customer engagement, and report updates.

Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks, establish a risk register, collaborate with SPOCs of other Regions/Countries to implement mitigation plans, and monitor/handle on a regular basis.

Operational Support: Facilitate operational tasks for leads and teams, coordinating the different Initiatives as projects, and coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings. Serve as the key governance between clients and internal customers.

Business Requirements Assessment: Assess business requirements accuately to deliver customized solutions that elevate associates experience and strengthen employee branding.

Metrics and Tracking: Partner with SPOC’s of different regions to identify new metrics and tracking to drive improvements.

Problem Solving: Provide solutions to sophisticated customer queries, i.e., building reports with data and dashboard reports, and maintain client relationships.

Key Requirements:

University degree or equivalent with professional level of English (written & spoken)

Ability To Influence Key Stakeholders, Continuous Process Improvement, Critical Thinking.

You’ll receive:
