About the Role
Location: Mexico. Hybrid
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information.
• Lead the development, review and submission of detailed 1FP and other financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive robust variance analyses of actuals vs plans, resource allocations – identify key drivers, best practices/opportunities for improvement, and provide value added analysis and recommendations for reallocation as necessary.
• Provide leadership in preparing business cases, participating and value adding in key negotiations for investments and programs/projects.
• Support the leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks & Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and proactive identification and communication of risks and opportunities for all areas of responsibility.
• Drive digital finance agenda, leveraging all existing tools to reduce bureaucracy and generate simplicity.

Role Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant / MBA
• 7 - 9 years of experience, in BPA, FRA
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, able to drive projects independently.
• Comfort working within a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous work environment.
