About the Role

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide effective presentations of pharmaceutical products.
• Organize communication tools (stands, leaflets, brochures, visual aids, etc.) for congresses/workshops.
• Maintain records and measure of individual and district sales performance.
• Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems and competitive pressures to develop and modify tactics accordingly.
• Work with the line manager in developing business plans for their geographies

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement of agreed sales targets
• No./Quality of calls and contacts with customers and KOLs
• Development of capability in sales team
• Correct and timely update of CRM files
• Congress/workshops good organization

Role Requirements

• Scientific or University Degree
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• 3 years + proven sales experience within pharma sector
• Project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
• Understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.
• Experience selling to NHS secondary care
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
• Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive traveling required (70-80% working time), with out of home overnight.
