Consultant, Management Consulting

Job Purpose:

• Responsible to facilitate discussions with the senior stakeholders to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements, supports them to define the problem concisely and develop solution hypothesis.
• Plans and is responsible for the program from discovery to deployment phase (which may include large scale implementation, process optimization, technology platform development, change management).
• Leads discussions to help understand possible benefits and risks of execution frameworks and develop suitable governance mechanism to mitigate the risk.
• Consultant assumes overall responsibility of project workstream quality and ensures suitable alignment with the partners.
• Assist project teams in planning, resourcing, running transformation programs by sharing successful standard methodologies and ways of working so that they achieve successful outcomes.
• Consultant is encouraged to take a leading role on delivering internal critical initiatives e.g., seeing opportunities to expand consulting solutions, developing consulting tools and developing the teams’ professional skills.
• Responsible to support development of the project portfolio through being an active member of a Business Unit or Capability Group aligned team e.g., providing regular status reporting and partner management updates

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of business transformation experience leading small to medium complexity projects (mandatory)
• Proven core consulting skills of analysis, top-down thinking, and presentation (mandatory)
• 4+ years of work experience in areas of Change Management, Project and Program Management, Operating Model Design, M&A support (diligence, post-merger integration)
  • Ability to learn and develop new concepts/frameworks and adapt ways of working accordingly
  • Excellence in soft skills to optimally work with diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization
  Functional Skills Preferably in any of below areas
  • Pharma Commercial: Marketing, Medical, Partnerships, Value & access, Product strategy, Launch Excellence
  • Drug development: Clinical development, Clinical Operations, Technical Research, Portfolio management
  • Drug Launch Execution -Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Digital Product Management -preferably in a technology-driven company
  • Digital Marketing Management experience n digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Master Data Management In-depth understanding of concepts, principles, and standard methodologies.
  • Change Management - preferably in business transformation initiatives with large scale technology project management.
  • Integration and Separation managing projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or spin-offs.
