IIT and Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) program, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine trial feasibility, develop protocols, and successfully implement IIT projects. Oversee the operational aspects of IIT, including budget management, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. Provide guidance and support to investigators, ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and procedures. Continuously assess and enhance the IIT program to improve efficiency and enhance impact. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field. Proven experience in clinical operations, including IIT management. Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines pertaining to IIT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail, with the capability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms.
