Summary

Executing the material planning process for Technical Operations production site with an aim to assure on time supply of all incoming materials to site, optimal level of inventory and cost efficiency. Execute defined Inventory strategy with supporting new operating models (e.g. JIT, Consignment stock, VMI, etc.) and assuring right level of safety stock. Actively identifies, develops and executes best practices in material planning and inventory management. Develop and maintain trustful collaboration with NTO sites. Supports the project activities related to Material Planning and Inventory. Responsibility for the conduct of operational activities for the purchasing of incoming materials for NTO production sites to ensure smooth operations, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices and business objectives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
•      Ensure material availability in line with the approved site production plan. Follow up and ensure the accuracy of the material demand flow from NTO sites to hub. 
•      Ensure daily MRP oversight for all BOM material requirements from NTO sites within the hub, analysis of requirements and Purchase Orders overview. 
•      Own, in ERP System, MRP relevant data and materials technical specifications.
•      Provide a load - balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to the warehouse and Quality department that ensures these activities are completed in line with the site needs. Responsible for controlling and ensuring the accurate material outbound planning from hub to sites with the right quantity and right time. · 
•      Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards assigned NTO sites, participate regular meetings on site level, collect and provide information from Hub associates for all incoming materials and material types valid for the site. Responsible for ensuring close communication with site (operational / tactical) planners, hub associates and other relevant parties within the organization. Attending regular meetings across sites and functions. 
•      Ensure achievement of key performance indicators: Inventory, service level to internal manufacturing sites, financial savings and support achievement of NOSSCE KPIs. Support & drive inventory reduction projects like lead time reduction, JIT, consignment stock & VMI 
•      Lead action plans to achieve service level to internal manufacturing sites and drive for continuous improvement. •      Control and follow-up other related service level indicators: Quality OTIF, lead-time violation. 
•      Other tasks as directed by the supervisor, and tasks determined on the basis of specific appointment. 
•      Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and KPIs. Adherence to the HSE policy and objectives in accordance with the law and internal regulations of the company. 

Essential Requirements: 
•      Higher degree in technical, economics or any other equivalent degree
•      Fluent Local language (mandatory) and very good English
•      2 years on Planning or similar role
