As a Sr Specialist D&A Operations in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the modernization of the data ecosystem, deliver DnA products to the countries and the core brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experience, reach twice as many patients twice as fast to help them prevail over severe diseases by leveraging data-driven insights.

This position will be located at Hyderabad, India. This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Incubate and adopt new technologies and launch products/services faster with rapid prototyping & iterative methods to prove and establish value. For identified technologies, launch to enterprise scale, ensuring value is derived.
• Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Establish and update strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement new technologies. Drive innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.
• Identify and develop digital capabilities & ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of TSA and Enterprise Innovation.
• Has end-to-ended accountability for services and products that are incubated, established, and delivered across multi-functional business areas.
• Serves as point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions and take decisions on the resource and capacity plans in line with Business priorities and strategies and close collaboration with delivery teams

Role Requirements :

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Role model with the highest standards of professional conduct in leading the business capability area in line with the new IT operating model and Deployment of digital platforms and services at scale to deliver the digital strategy
• Functional Breadth, Collaborating across boundaries, Operations Management and Execution and digital & Technology Savvy, Managing Change, Interpersonal Savvy, Joint Value Creation, Continuous Learning, Being Resilient
• Experience in managing support operations for Data Analytics platform on cloud (AWS, Snowflake) and leading the digital platform roadmap, upgrades and hotfixes.
• Experience in Pharma Commercial & Digital Data sources with a focus on sourcing & strategy and knowledge of MLOps and project life cycle management is must.
• Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, Unbossed Leadership, IT governance, Building Impactful Teams, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies.
• Solid grasp of Analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics and strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
• Awareness of integration patterns across MDM/RDM and transactional systems and production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.
• Strong exposure to data security and governance policy definitions and enforcement capabilities. Data product-centric approach to defining solutions. Collaborate with business in collecting requirements, grooming product backlogs, driving delivery, and ongoing data product improvements.

Desirable Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or significant work experience in similar subject areas
• 7+ years of hands on experience into handling support operations for data analytics platform on cloud (AWS, Snowflake) and solid grasp of analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics and strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings
• Strong exposure to integration patterns across MDM/RDM, transactional systems, production experience with delivering Data lake projects, Data acquisition, quality transformation, Analytical Data life cycle management, Data product change Management, risk mitigation. N12 and publishing with Agile delivery experience leading multiple concurrent delivery cycles.
