Novartis Internship Program offers you the opportunity to experience a breadth of assignments as well as the flexibility to meet your individual career objectives as we work together to build our business. Our intern assignments are designed to allow you to experience, first-hand, the type of work we do within Novartis. As an intern, you can make an impact on the business as well as continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. Most projects offer the opportunity to work with individuals in a variety of capacities within the area you are assigned and, potentially in other functions.

Internship opportunities:
• Marketing - 12 months, full-time;
• Business Excellence & Execution - 12 months, full-time;
• Communication & Engagement - 12 months, full-time;
• Rotation Internship – Marketing / Sales / Value, Access & Public Affairs/ Business Excellence & Execution: this internship opportunity follows a rotation program format, where participants will experience different areas over a period of 24 months, dedicating 6 months to each respective field.

Requirements
Ideally, you should be a final year student/ fresh graduate or at Master level in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Management/ Finance/ Communication/ Journalism/ Political Sciences or other related fields, with an excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), digital and data science skills, analytical and critical thinking, communication and project management skills, interpersonal savvy, resilience. Previous work or volunteer experience that demonstrates integrity, ethics, commitment, and excellent work ethic is highly appreciated.
