About the Role

Location: Hybrid. CDMX

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s cash transactions by reconciling bank statements with internal financial records.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Reconcile bank statements with internal cash records on a regular basis.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies between bank balances and internal records.
• Record and classify banking transactions accurately in the company’s accounting system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Prepare reports summarizing cash balances, reconciliation and any outstanding issues.
• Implement and maintain procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cash management processes.
• Monitor cash flows to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in Cash management.
• Maintain work instructions (process map, detailed work instructions)
• Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries related to TCM
• Facilitate and/or execute assigned projects and effectively collaborate with business partners both internal and external with adequate follow-ups (automations, system upgrade…)
• Timely response to emergency cash requests
• Proactively suggest process improvements and automation opportunities

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree – Preferably Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience in Accounting/Finance: +2 years
• English (advanced)
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience with SAP, or comparable systems, preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
