The BPA Manager will support the business within the country organization with sophisticated analysis, reporting, planning, forecasts, R&O management and driving prioritization. He or she will act as a sparring finance Business Partner for the local team to improve growth & asset potential, supporting Therapeutical areas, providing informative and valuable analysis and data-driven decision support to the management team.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business. Manage performance with strong external focus & ensure accountability.
  • Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support performance & operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
  • Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately supervised and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners.
  • Oversee investments in her / his area of responsibility and drive smart Resource Allocation to ensure that priority brands are fully funded to maximize their growth and be able to react to external market impacts in a timely manner.
  • Manage smooth, AI & data driven short & long-term panning & forecasting process with strong internal and external market focus and in strong collaboration with the Business & Cluster
  • Provide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking.
  • Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes, built on the latest technology (LDC, AI) to meet the changing demands of the business.
  • Well-manage period & year end close in strong collaboration with other finance teams (FRA, Tax etc.)
  • Enforce financial controls and compliance with highest integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of finance or accounting.
  • Pharma background, Master, MBA, ACCA is a strong plus.
  • Proficient English.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analyzes, controlling and/or accounting.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent understanding of working with financial databases.
  • Experience working with SAP would be advantage
