About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities and translate them into actionable analytics and improvement initiatives.
Lead business and technology consulting projects to create impact for the organization.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in current projects.
Develop meaningful metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor Supply Chain performance.
Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and driving operational excellence.
Take ownership of improving client experience for applicable analytics solutions by regular stakeholder connect, collecting feedbacks and managing expectations.
Develop standardized processes by creating SOPs, work instructions and frameworks and comply to them.
Develop systems / processes for seamless knowledge transfer, knowledge retention and retrieval.
Provide support on solving business & process related problems.
Drive continuous improvement projects for process simplification and improved efficiency.
Strengthen business relevance and continuity by adapting to latest analytics tools / approaches / trends and IT infrastructure.
Essential Requirements:
Master's degree in supply chain management, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
Hands on experience in SAP
Proficiency in using data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving positive change in production processes.
