As the Global End-to-End Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in driving network supply, optimizing inventory, and ensuring demand completeness, accuracy, and stability for finished products within the tactical and strategic horizon for strategic raw materials. Your expertise in strategic thinking and decision-making will be essential to streamlining processes and maximizing efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain product parameters across the network to drive replenishment and resulting inventory at decoupling points and in markets based on product segmentation and configuration guidance
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and stability of finished product net requirements across portfolio
• Define, implement and monitor supply and capacity performance across the network of technology assets within the tactical horizon
• Project and monitor inventory across the entire supply network within the overall ‘cradle to grave’ SCM.
• Provide full supply & demand visibility across the production network for the assigned portfolio
Agree with sites on best possible production pan in alignment with product and network strategy
• Supply escalation management and supply risk analysis within assigned product portfolio
• Driving pipeline lead time improvements within the supply network in conjunction with the brand lead to optimize supply risk management and overall inventory values
• Providing control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the Unit
• Create supply & demand scenarios in alignment with technology platforms and BU's to ensure best possible use of our production facilities while keeping inventory at an optimal level

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
• University degree in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset.
• Minimum 10 years relevant professional supply chain planning experience ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma or similar industries across various disciplines.
• Experience in leading and driving global projects.
• Excellent command of English with a second language preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
• Sound experience in working with SAP.

Desirable Requirements:
• Supply Chain Management within a pharmaceutical industry.
