We are collaborating with the wider healthcare system to co-create forums which enable us all to truly understand the challenges and priorities facing the system and therapy areas.
The Novartis Healthcare System Team has been created with the aim of collaborating with the wider healthcare system (HCS) to truly understand the challenges and priorities facing the system and therapy areas. As part of this initiative, a series of forums are being organised to enable stakeholders from across the HCS, to come together, co-create, contribute, and share ideas, on both the big picture system agenda and therapy area care, treatment, and prevention priorities.
These forums provide an opportunity to work in partnership as a collective to consider future opportunities, discuss how to overcome existing and potential barriers to reaching future goals, and share best practice.
