##  Scholarship 

**Do you want to become our scholarship holder?**

Novartis annually announces corporate scholarships for final year of secondary school and university students in various educational fields, e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, chemical technology and chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechatronics, computer science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. Selected scholarship holders are given the opportunity to do practical training, and at the end of their education, we provide the possibility of regular employment.

The scholarship announcement is published once a year, usually in the spring.

##  Practical trainings - Internships 

Students can gain invaluable experience and skills and expand their knowledge in the educational field through school or study internship.

Under the mentorship of experienced experts and in connection with educational institutions, we provide a variety of practical trainings in various areas of our operations in accordance with business opportunities. Preference is given to candidates from the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics and electrical engineering.

##  Final Theses 

We support the preparation of Final Theses (eg. Bachelor`s, Master`s Theses) for scholarship holders, interns, and other students based on current business opportunities and in cooperation with faculties. Each candidate is assigned a mentor within the company who offers guidance, knowledge, and assistance in preparing the Final Thesis. ##  Student work 

We offer student work, both occasional and temporary, in various fields, from production, quality, development, engineering, supply, procurement, information technology and other business and technical areas. The referral for student work is arranged by Adecco Student Service. ##  Summer Program for Young Talents 

Each year, we offer the opportunity to participate in the Summer Program for Young Talents at the Novartis Corporate Center. The Corporate Center is home to support functions for Novartis’ pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. It covers areas such as digitalization and information technology, human resources, engineering, finance, risk and compliance, legal, production and supply, as well as global drug development.
