About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Sets and owns the strategic S2P Reporting & Analytics roadmap. Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for S2P KPI and Analytics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all reporting activities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of S2P dashboards, predictive analytics, and actionable insights that drive process compliance and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the transformation of S2P into a data-driven function by championing training programs, sharing best practices, and promoting community exchanges.
• Provide strategic guidance on the Reporting & Analytics operating model, including standard/ad-hoc reporting, delivery structures, and RACI matrices.
Influence the adoption of best practices and tools in reporting and analytics across regions, promoting standardization, consistency and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with the FRA Data & Digital team to ensure S2P KPIs and analytics is utilized effectively by above-process performance management and digital assurance, in alignment with the overall FRA strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with regional service delivery teams to ensure that reporting and analytics practices are consistent and support the S2P strategy.
• Collaborate with other process Reporting & Analytics leads to set standards, promote best practice and leverage common platforms
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within S2P reporting and analytics to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic impact.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmark S2P reporting practices against best-in-class standards to ensure ongoing innovation and relevance.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a reporting and analytics role, ideally within a global S2P or procurement function, with a strong understanding of global standards and best practices.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent governance and project management skills, with experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate in a global environment across different levels of the organization and with diverse teams, including global, regional, and in-country groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in S2P or procurement processes within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools, such as Celonis, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
