#  Celebramos o 4.º aniversário do nosso Compromisso com Doentes e Cuidadores 

A Novartis foi pioneira ao incorporar a perspetiva do doente nos processos e tomadas de decisão

Hoje celebra-se o 4º aniversário do Compromisso com os Doentes e Cuidadores, publicado em 2018. Este Compromisso revela a ambição de incorporar, de forma consistente e sistemática, a perspetiva do doente no processo de tomada de decisão da Novartis.

Foi há quatro anos que a Novartis se tornou na primeira empresa farmacêutica a publicar este Compromisso, onde formalmente documentou a intenção de incorporar a perspetiva do doente nos processos e tomadas de decisão e procurar uma nova forma de trabalhar com a comunidade de doentes do mundo inteiro. Enquanto pioneira nesta iniciativa, a Novartis prevê garantir que o esforço para melhorar e prolongar vidas é feito com e para os doentes e cuidadores.
