As an experienced test leader, you will be accountable for aligning the organizations overall test methodologies and approaches to our product squads, which you will oversee from test perspective. In this role, you will bring industry expertise, guide these squads accordingly, and execute in line with product development, agile and DevOps best practices.
• Accountable for the refinement and ongoing improvement of the test management strategy for the products and squads in scope
• Review, agree, implement and govern the standard execution of test strategies across all product developments and methodologies
• Drive the standard execution of each test phase (system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) per product
• Ensure all test related deliverables are created to quality in line with strategy and approach
• Formally review of Sprints testing periods including informal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance reviews focused on continuous improvement for agile testing strategy
• Engage all test management Product Owners and stakeholders ensuring ongoing alignment to strategy and execution
• Review and manage communication across the teams within test environments and, with delivery and development teams, test data and test related tooling in accordance with CoE and Novartis standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation / post-graduation in the relevant domain.
• 12+ years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record in Test Management.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies (IAM, Lambda, Cloud formation; Amplify and CDK are a strong plus) and desirable focus on authorization model
• Proven results managing test strategy within the delivery CI/CD solutions for highly integrated products
• Proven results testing and managing the bug fixing solutions for integrated products. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
• Reporting of Test progress and issue fixing status to Test Leads and Manager.
• > 3 Years’ experience in AWS DevOps testing practices. API knowledge and Mulesoft (Desirable). Salesforce Lightning experience proven (Desirable)
