Designs and implement automated systems for use in the cGMP manufacturing of radiopharmaceutical drug products. Collaborate with other functions such as production, quality, safety and external vendors to determine automation strategies and goals. Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final validation and implementation. Support existing automation systems with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and process improvements.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Creation and maintenance of (electronic) master batch records and automation recipes.
• Ensures that all products are manufactured in accordance with registration and GMP regulations by modeling manufacturing regulations and controlling the manufacturing protocols
• Processing and support of problem cases with regards to MES Improvement of internal and external processes.
• General understanding of the satellite systems (ERP, AQWA, OSI-PI Historian, Scada, LIMS) and basic knowledge of their integration to MES.
• Assessment of new MES requirements in compliance with global guidelines.
• Liaise with local support teams (IT, automation, logistics), the global support organization or external suppliers for issue resolution.
• Management of MES Business SOPs. Support for content consistency between IT and QA SOPs with regards to MES.
• Preparation and execution of MES role-based training.
