Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Good instructional design methodology, including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations to produce high quality, interactive learning solutions.
• Authors e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Flash, and Lectora.
• Liaises with LPM’s, CBP’s, and other stakeholders to review and agree solutions and add value.
• The Instructional Designer reviews offerings from vendors to ensure they meet standards set out by the PLS Training Design and Delivery.
• Drives the review and repurposing of existing content to optimize the effectiveness and productivity of existing learning offerings.
• Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stake-holders, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and share knowledge and best practice.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Graduation or Post Graduation, Project Management qualification desirable.
• 4+ years in Instructional Design with experience in delivering learning solutions in the Pharma or Healthcare industry
• Experience working in a global Learning Department. Knowledge of adult education theory and practice.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams within a matrix organization. Project management skills and communication skills
