Novartis Malaysia wins Top Employer 2022 for 3rd Year in a Row

Kuala Lumpur, February 10,2022 – Leading Medicines company Novartis Malaysia is recognized as Top Employer 2022 for the third consecutive year. The organization clinched a double feat with this certification at both Malaysia and Asia Pacific levels, which was awarded by the Top Employers Institute.

This award underscores Novartis's Inspired, Curious and Unbossed working culture, enabling its associates to unleash their best selves to work every day. To stay ahead of the curve, the organization ensures conducive policies are in place to shape a working environment that is secure, provides flexibility, emphasizes collaboration, fosters belonging, nurtures well-being, as well as wight skills and retains talents.
