#  Top Employers Institute Certifies Novartis Ireland for the Third Year in a Row

Novartis Ireland has been certified as a Top Employer 2021 in Ireland, Europe and globally by the Top Employers Institute for the third year running. This certification highlights our commitment to being employers of choice and is a testament of our belief that having a great culture in the workplace results in high performance. Of the award, Ciara O’Connell, Head NGSC & NBS CONEXTS Dublin said, "It is my privilege to lead a capability center which is diverse and inclusive with plenty of opportunities for our employees to make a meaningful impact.
