#  Novartis Ireland Signs the Diversity Charter 2021

The EU’s motto “United in Diversity” delivers a very important message on how we come together, despite our differences. Novartis Ireland is happy to support @European\_Commission and @EU\_Justice by promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplaces and communities across Europe.

Novartis Ireland is proud to join our Novartis colleagues in Sweden, Poland, Latvia, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Slovenia by signing the [Diversity Charter (PDF 0.1 MB)](/ie-en/sites/novartis_ie/files/Diversity%20Charter%20Ireland%20TEXT_April%202021_NovartisIreland.pdf "Diversity Charter Ireland TEXT_April 2021_NovartisIreland.pdf"), supporting diversity and inclusion in our workplaces.

Head of Novartis Global Service Centre, Ciara O’Connell signed the Diversity Charter on behalf of Novartis Ireland. “Diversity and Inclusion should not be a question of choice. It should be a given. But it is not always that way. As a people leader, I will do everything in my capacity to support the values of Diversity and Inclusion”.
