With the month of June marking #PRIDE2024, we at Novartis are building on the PRIDE tagline from 2023 of “I belong here”. In 2024 the “I” becomes “We”, as we stand by our 3 key messages; We belong here. We are stronger together. We can all make a difference by being an ally.

At Novartis Ireland, our local ERG and Diversity and Inclusion teams will be organising various events to mark #PRIDE2024, such as, a view party of the Day of Reflection Global event taking place on 18th June, with this year’s theme focusing on, ‘Health Equity: Compassion, Purpose & Advocacy into Action’, a circulation of a PRIDE Spotify playlist and a summer reading list, as well as #PRIDE2024 Novartis merchandise.

By engaging with and ensuring all our diverse voices are heard, we will reach undeserved communities and deliver on our purpose of reimagining medicine, together.
