Novartis presenta una nueva campaña de la mano de la Sociedad Española de Farmacia Clínica, Familiar y Comunitaria (SEFAC): “**Reactívate**”. El objetivo de esta campaña es crear consciencia sobre la necesidad de promover y tener un **estilo de vida saludable**, durante esta situación de pandemia actual provocada por la COVID-19.

**Durante los meses de confinamiento y restricción de movimientos** asociados al estado de alarma en respuesta a la pandemia de la COVID-19, **gran parte de la población ha tenido dificultades para mantener una actividad física adecuada y otros buenos hábitos**. Estas dificultades se han agravado notablemente en el caso de colectivos vulnerables, como **pacientes mayores o crónicos**.

La campaña “Reactívate” consta de tres bloques con recomendaciones farmacéuticas en **ejercicio físico, nutrición e higiene postural**.

Asimismo, cada uno de estos bloques incluye distintos **materiales audiovisuales y gráficos**, los cuales se publicarán a través de las webs y redes sociales de Novartis y SEFAC utilizando el hashtag **\#reactivatusalud**.

> A través de las recomendaciones de expertos farmacéuticos se desarrollará un plan de hábitos de vida saludable para la cuidadanía a través de distintos materiales

  
Contamos con la **participación de expertos en deporte**, como por ejemplo Andrés Díaz, que tiene el récord de Europa de 1.500 metros en pista cubierta durante 22 años, y que nos ayuda a fomentar la actividad física diaria.

También contamos con la **colaboración de farmacéuticos**, como Pablo García, que nos aconsejan **combinar la práctica del deporte con una alimentación saludable**, sobre todo rica en omega, para mejorar nuestra salud cardiovascular. La ingesta de alimentos debe ser siempre 45 minutos antes de la actividad física, para evitar hipoglucemias.

Y farmacéuticos, también, como José Palo, resalta la **importancia de introducir la actividad física en nuestro día a día** y nos da algunos consejos.

Además de informativa, esta campaña quiere que **todo el mundo interactúe**, por lo que también **se lanzarán distintos retos** para fomentar la participación entre la población.
