 La gestión del cambio y la transformación digital se erigen como los grandes retos a los que se enfrenta el sistema sanitario. Resulta necesaria la introducción de un nuevo paradigma más participativo, predictivo, personalizado, poblacional y orientado al valor.

 

## Libro Data Driven Health

En este contexto, **Novartis** apostó por reunir a un equipo multidisciplinar con diferentes posiciones estratégicas, creando el grupo **Sinergias**. Un espacio sobre el que cimentar en conjunto la transformación del sistema sanitario.

Data Driven Health es un documento creado por este grupo y nace con el objetivo de visibilizar los obstáculos que distintos profesionales sanitarios se han encontrado en su camino, así como las oportunidades futuras que vislumbran en la gestión de la cultura del dato. Un documento que nos encamina hacia el futuro con el objetivo de alcanzar resultados en salud.

Data Driven Health está estructurado en torno a 5 ejes, a saber: **Datos, Personas, Gobernanza, Colaboraciones y Procesos**. Bloques estratégicos elegidos por los autores como **claves para la transformación digital de las organizaciones sanitarias**. Además, expone **casos reales de proyectos data driven** ya desplegados por alguno de los autores, con el fin de compartir experiencias, aprender y orientar el nuevo camino hacia la transformación.

##  Jornada Data Driven Health 2021 

En noviembre de 2021 se celebró la jornada de presentación en la que se reflexionó sobre qué hacer y qué no para comenzar a utilizar el dato como fuente de información para la toma de decisiones común.
