Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide expert services (from hire to retire) for employees, managers and P&O community in Germany in the area of personnel administration, rewards and payroll related data and processes, and act as a subject matter expert for these services.
Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate input to payroll as well as efficient exchange of information with payroll vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible service
• Ensure maintenance of all relevant data is correct and complete
• Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines
• Close collaboration with locla P&O teams
• Support internal and P&O controls
• Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration and payroll related data and processes
• Extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request in certain cases
• Contribute to projects in scope for P&O Services Team if applicable
• Manage activities as back up for colleagues in the team whenever needed
• Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinate with Superuser

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)
• Excellent German spoken and written. Fluency in English
• 5 years of working experience in SSC environment is an advantage.
• 2-3 years professional experience with payroll/coordinating payroll and/or P&O administration.
• HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must.
• Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred.
• Experience in other P&O disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, P&O Business Partner, Learning, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in managing virtual/remote teams.
