Innovative Medicines (IM) is made up of our two commercial units: IM International and IM US, with a goal of bringing products to patients and health care providers faster.
R&D is made up of our Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) and our Global Drug Development units.
The Operations team includes Manufacturing and Supply, Services and Technology Solutions.
Our Corporate Functions team includes People and Organization (HR), Finance, Communications, Legal, Global Health and Sustainability, Strategy and Growth and Ethics Risk & Compliance
