To gain understanding of molecular mechanisms relevant to disease biology, we use biophysical techniques such as X-ray crystallography, NMR, and many others to elucidate the functions of relevant proteins and protein-ligand complexes. Currently proteins of interest include cytokine receptors and G-protein coupled receptors among others.
