About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver the program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals
of the organization.
• Develop and implement long-term goals, key milestone planning and objectives to achieve the
successful outcome of the program.
• Work closely with project managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in
strategy or priorities.
• Drive program related communication, stakeholder management and facilitate across functions
to ensure awareness, alignment and buy-in.
• Report to senior management on the progress of individual projects and the overall program.
• Support and coach global and local project managers and acts as first escalation body.
Essential Requirements:
• University degree (chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering) and/or
business administration advantageous.
• English - fluent, German - desirable, 3rd language - a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in various pharmaceutical
functions e.g. supply chain / production and/or technical development.
• Experience in project management and product life cycle management,
leading cross-functional global teams.
Desirable Requirements:
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical or food industry supply chain processes
and lean philosophy.
• Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment.
