About the Role
Your key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an Integrated and Innovative Lutathera Brand Plan ensuring a successful execution with clear differentiation from competitors; Develop the new indication Launch Readiness plan aligned with the global Product life cycle management strategy.
• Support in developing market research programs & market insights/CI for Lutathera and monitors/anticipates market trends starting from the constant costumer interaction, which will contribute to short-midterm strategic brand planning
• Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans
• Lead the cross-functional National Brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
• Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guideline and of innovative services to establish a new way of interaction with all targets of reference in collaboration with Reps and Field base xFunctional Team
• Executes global marketing activities localization as well as country-initiated marketing activities (national e/o regional) and support the global team in the launch readiness preparation and insight collection.
• Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets. Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
• Patient Forecast Model management and analysis in order to ensure effective financial discussion throughout the year.
• Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
• Building solid collaboration with the main scientific Societies and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) setting the basis for a further strong partnerships in the NET landscape.

Role Requirements
• Scientific or Economical University Degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 3/4 years of experience in a Marketing role
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (Oncology and/or NET cancer is a Plus)
• Pre-launch activities experience
• Strategic thinking capabilities, analytic and operational approach.
• Good problem-solving approach
• Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Good Digital Skills
