About the role: Are you curious to take up a key role as Business Planning Analyst Manager, working in close collaboration with our diverse and energized commercial teams in a proactive way, being a business partner to drive performance and deliver excellent decision support, core reporting and financial planning processes. You will also drive automation and simplification initiatives and the adoption of digital technologies to accelerate our new ways of working. This is a hybrid role which requires you in the office at least 12 days per month.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver excellent performance management, leveraging internal and external KPIs, proactively partnering with the business to gain knowledge and insights on market, customers and patient journeys
• Support value-based decisions, prioritization and resource allocation, aiming to unleash the full potential of IM priority brands and long-term P&L profitability
• Drive operationalization of “top-down” planning process (1FP / LF2) in close collaboration with WEC cluster, with proactive communication and management of key assumptions and Risks & Opportunities
• Embrace AI & digital transformation and strive for automation, simplification self-service tools adoption, streamlining finance processes
• Ensure compliance of Belux financial processes with internal controls
• Be a strong member of the WEC finance community, fostering collaboration and best practice, leading ad-hoc project / workstreams

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Experience in finance departments of international corporations / audit firms
• Proven analytical skills and experience with digital tools and software (eg. BPC, SAP, Qlik etc.)
• Proven ability to identify & build complex financial business cases
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities & tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
Desirable Requirements:
• International mobility
• MBA or CPA
